I know I am going off at a tangent and I apologise for butting in here, but could anyone tell me, am I able to locate a persons' whereabouts purely on their Singapore Identity Card number?

I'm not a private investigator, so I've never considered discovering a person's address before. Maybe the first thing you want to check is if ICA provides such a service
