.net developer salary

What will be negotiable salary for a 2 year experienced .net developer(ASP.net&vb.net) in singapore?

Without even knowing what s/he had actually touched during those two years? Not all 2-yr "veterans" are the same; I'd check out just what levels of proficiency they are at versus what they claim to be.

I am also interested to know. Can you like give a range?
