I was surfing around in sgdotnet.org's forum, found out that i cannot add any new topic to "Paladin" and "NOVA" section and there r tons of things that i CANNOT do. Just wondering, are those section open to some of the elite groups only? If it is, i would really prefer the rules be posted up officially.

Thanks.

thanks

but i personally feels that if a project is meant to help ppl, it should be open to critism n suggestion from the wide public, not only to an elite group

just my personal opinion Wink

I will check with Triplez. As far I as know, anyone can post to those forums. Perhaps there were some hiccups after the migration? Confused [*-)]

Nope, the development forums is actually closed. Only developers can start new posts, but general public can reply them. Only general development is open.

We will review this...

Its not new. Check out the post. http://community.sgdotnet.org/forums/AddPost.aspx?PostID=13101

The forums are meant for developers to discuss issues, not meant as a feedback or for critics or for bugs reporting.

he can, but IMHO, it would be nice if its posted in the forums as a reply, other ppl who are involved like KitKai etc can also see the issues instead of u receiving a private pm and u announcing the problem mah....Smile [:)]

I think members can first PM me if they are interested to contribute and then I can ask KitKai to add them to the respective roles. Some may just want to beta-test, others may want to code.

If they report a problem (like what KitKai did for 0.8.9), I will post them up (whether with the solution or not). I feel that this is a good approach. Not sure about how Nova handles it.

Anyway, let's put this topic to rest. Big Smile [:D]
