Move Architectural and .NET Framework to top

I was just thinking (aloud) if we could "move" the above 2 forums to the top of the category (i.e. first 2 to appear) for Special Interests in .NET Development?

I personally find that they would be a concern for a greater group of people and would be good to show them on the top of the category.

Here's the big problem: the sorting logic of the up/down arrows to position forums within a group is kinda stupid if you ask me. It swaps places with either the top or bottom forum when you click on a forum's up/down button respectively. You can't position them according to your choice.

I may need to visit the database manually to sort it out.
