Website Update

I've uploaded a new website layout into devel.sgdotnet.org. Please take a look and comment on it. It's NOT DONE YET. I'm still working on it. But I decided to put it up first for comments.

Anyway I've done up the repository in such a way that whenever I commit any changes, it'll have immediate effect on devel.sgdotnet.org.

I'll setup that for forums too once i've tested it out extensively.

Will setup the build system soon.

Clean and soothing look. kirei. I like it...

More updates... I don't dare to deploy it even to devel yet. techmilk is half working atm. I'm still working on the rss classes.

ADD: oh wait, in FF some side nav bars graphic images are mis-aligned. Do you see it?

Notice the "detachment" away from the table headers. I have not gone down to thoroughly inspect the HTML yet but I did notice quite an exceeding amount of HTML attribute formatting.

I have reduced as much html attribute formatting as i can, the rest are usually by asp.net itself.

another website update. Techmilk is going beta 2... and reaching RC 1 soon. Please post your comments and bugs and whatever.

Next in line would be the events page which I have to get it up soon, else a certain someone will kill me. Literally.

The website will be deployed tonight. Any development on the website is to be halted until further notice. A new design is being created, and will be received on this thursday.

Website Version 0.1.1 is deployed on the main website.

branches/0.1.1 has been merged back to trunk, and a tag has been put under tags/0.1.1 directory.

All current development resumes on trunk directory.

P.S
As mentioned before, the website development has been halted until further notice. (most prob until thursday as promised) During this period, I'm taking a short break from SgDotNet. Development on the Events page is in progress, so expect to see it up and working in version 0.1.2 scheduled to be released this Sunday, if all goes well.

Some changes are as follows:
Updated Design/Images
Updated TechMilk to include caching, now it's damn fast
Removed the javascript and put it to a js file
Redid the css styles to conform to XHTML 1.1 standard
Conformance to XHTML 1.1 as much as possible (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http://dev.sgdotnet.org) Well, still many errors though.
Lots of Bug fixes
