e-Commerce Coordinator / Executive

 

Job Description

-      Coordinate e-business activities like customers’ orders, invoicing, shipment of products and customers’ queries

-      Manage inventory of the e-business including liaising with various factories   

-      Perform prompt and constant update on latest products launching in the website  

-      Perform website maintenance and administrative duties to supporting programs.

-      Assist the e-Commerce Manager in planning and developing of Charles & Keith’s B2C e-Commerce website and online business/activities

-      Manage the technical helpdesk and provide first-level technical support to customers

-      To keep up with the latest technologies available which can improve work processes and facilitate consumers’ shopping experience when they shop online

-      Responsible for the sales and growth of the e-business.

 

 

Job Requirements:

-      Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems with at least 1 year of experience.

-      Knowledge in e-Commerce solutions programming and customisation

-      Preferably with knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash

-      Able to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment

-      Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills

-      Must be customer oriented

-      Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
