Im working as a Architectural design engineer

Hi, im richards I work for architectural design firm, for the past few months I could nt able to achieve my goals as an employee, i dont know why it is happenning for me, i could nt able to finish up the projects which are assigned to me on time. I could nt able to manage my time effectively, anyone been in this situation before can help me , how to organize my work and stick on time to the deadlines, i need some time management tips.
