Looking for Business Partner (IT Developer)

I'm looking for passionate developers who takes pride and ownership in your work and have the risk appetite to join my company. Skills needed, experienced .NET developer with about 2-3 experiences. Interested in trying out new technology and very passionate about your work.

Frankly, I'm don't believe in employing staff cos' most employees are just here to take their pay and do minimum...prefer someone who wants to become a partner of the company and sees a common goal to achieve them together. Company is also expanding product presence overseas.

While your moniker may be a hint, i reckon it is best to give a description of what your company is about. If people don't know what your company is doing, then they don't know what exactly they are getting in to, and not knowing whether they'd be interested in the first place.

We are a software house and deployed our messaging products globally. We have a strong base of enterprise customers. In addition, we are expanding our product ranges into Windows Mobile & Sharepoint implementations. There are a lot of opportunities to adopt new technology and ideas in our company. We are looking for passionate people who are extremely excited to learn and bring ideas to reality. This is why a typical developer looking for a job may just want to work the basics and not venture more. A good partner will do better.
