Updates for Visual Studio 2005 Express

I have installed MS Visual Studio 2005 Express on Vista Home Premium. I noticed there are 2 updates for Visual Studio 2005 Express that are applicable to my system - Visual Web Dev Express SP1 and Visual Studio 2005 Service Pack 1 Update for Windows Vista. Do I need to install both to get the most out of the latest updates?

install SP1 itself, then apply the Update for WinVista.
