MSF 4.0 whitepapers?

I know it is not me, and that if MSF 4.0 plain whitepapers are indeed available for public download, there new MSF site hides it really well.

I cannot find the whitepapers anywhere on the site. The downloads are process guidance templates related to VSTS/TFS. Has anybody managed to find them? It was so easy to locate MSF v3 papers back then.

please pardon me for my really entry level question here, what's 'whitepaper'? what is it for? and why they called it 'whitepaper'?

I was all set and ready to write a page of descriptives on the meaning of Whitepaper so beautiful and elegant that it will put
