Is there any one currently working on adding more features to the events system which Kit Kai had previously developed?

What you need to do now is to try run the event system on .net 2.0, and see if there are any issues... If there are not, could you try to install it with community server, and see if there is anything that breaks with regards to the membership portion? The integration point between event system and cs is the membership profile... (Don't know the exact terms, as i'm not up to speed with .net 2.0 yet.)
