Hi,

anyone can recommend any good e-commerce books for ASP.Net 2.0 to do things like site design, skinning and shopping carts, checkout, etc.

Thanks!

I think there is only one such book in the market at this point of time.

heh thanks... ya i took notice of that book, cos i've read finish the 1.1 version of it.

2.0 one not out in library, but glancing a few pages in bookshop, its pretty much the same from the 1.1 version just tweaked a little to accomodate several new stuff.

In that case I do not see why you need to find another book of the same content.

You'd probably wanna just fill in on what's new in ASP.NET 2.0. Therefore concentrate on a book like ASP.NET 2.0: A Developer's Notebook that will teach you how to make use of the enhanced features.

You can have many free resources and multimedia presentation for free in

http://msdn.microsoft.com/asp.net/

http://msdn.microsoft.com/asp.net/reference/multimedia/default.aspx

It will help you to get started asp.net 2.0 in short time.

If you want to have a quick reference how to use asp.net controls, then you can install quickstart samples provided by microsoft if you have installed vs.net 2005 or .net sdk 2.0

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\SDK\v2.0\Samples\Setup\ConfigSamples.exe

or you can have online reference as well in http://www.asp.net/QuickStart/aspnet/Default.aspx

It's really really quick start for asp.net beginners....
