Hi Team,

I'm just wondering whether this project is alive or dead? I'm still eagerly waiting for a pre-alpha or alpha of this but have not seen any activity since then. What's the status?

Hi Shunjie,

Can't signin msn pretty bad... this thursday is not a good time for me.
Anywhere, I think instead of meeting up in person, probably a online meeting would be better.

You can get the prototype from Shunjie.

ok I've just got a look at the prototype from him (got it after the first meeting).

the sticky is using FormBorderStyle = Sizable, which making use of the resizing feature, while leaving the title bar to blank will strip the title bar off.

But, that doesn't look nice with that ugly border, although it is only a few pixels.

There's 2 ways to it that I can see:
1) change the border color: I've no clue on this.
2) Use FormBorderStyle = None, and use a sizable panel behind. (refer to http://www.dotnet247.com/247reference/msgs/49/245824.aspx)

I think I'm almost there to the 2nd one, but I don't know how to go about it, I've added a panel to the background with Fill Dock and still my resizing arrows don't came up.

I seldom develop on winform, so this is abit tough on me.

yea, I enjoy that challenge though.
I'll press on!!!!!

appended:

okie, I've got the resizing part up.
apparently, it seems to have some refresh problem, sometimes when a stickie is killed, the region on screen is not redrawn.

shunjie n zhongqiang!! where are both of you??

You will enjoy it more when you start to develop on WinFX.
