Suggest: Events app namespace re-org

I feel just down to SgDotNet.Events is alot more concise and accurate. I am unsure just what additional level of communicational value comes from SgDotNet.WebSite.Events? To state it will forever be a web site application? Which then makes SgDotNet.WebSite.Events.WebApplication circularly confusing.

Ok. Will change the namespace later.
