"Love and Passion" is always practice by individual. The person need NOT to be a Manager / leader. If you put your words to one-to-one approach (by individual leader/manager), then you simply look down on lower level canidate / employee.
In a company, every has a role to play a part, but L and P comes out from everyone heart. Even old grandma sweep the garden weekly in a volunteer will just to keep the place clean and tidy. Grandma does not earn $ but when I approached her and ask: why you clean and sweep the garden?
She replied: If everyone does this, Singapore will be a clean and healthly place to stay.
