Print is not working

Subject says it all

That is because the same extra set of Pager controls (on the top) must be duplicated for the print ascx. I currently do not have the time to look into this.

I have modified the View-PostFlatViewPrint.ascx skin to feature the extra pager controls so it won't crash out with null reference. It doesn't look pretty but at least it renders out.

Will need to work with Triplez on the formatting layout - for some reason the pager controls floats across the header graphics. I cannot determine why so when the CSS does not define any positioning rules.
