Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you...

SGDN is turning 1 year old in May. We are planning to throw a party and have booked a pit at East Coast on 14th May 2005 (Sat).

In May, we are declaring it a NON-TECHNOLOGY month and there will be no user group meeting on month of May. We will resume our normal activities in June, but keep watching this forum for more activities lined up in May 05. We still have some activities up our sleeves which will definitely benefit all you IT professionals.

Come join us on 14th May to celebrate "her" 1st birthday and there are news that our very own Triplez is getting a cake for "her".

target="_blank">Sign up quick, we need to numbers in order to estimate the logistics and we certainly appreciate all of you to come on down...

PS. SGDN doesn't have any fundings, so we will have to split the costs among members. Thank you for understanding.

We need help sourcing food and suggestions to buy what. I'm stumped. I've never done any of these before. :P Maybe you can help out.

Btw, I'll be trying my best to grab some free Visual Studio 2005 beta 2 cds to pass around, but no promises.

Just an idea, maybe we can use beta 2 cds as prizes for games.

I know of a good caterer for satays, food etc. They deliver as long as it is ard $100+.
Let me check with them whether they deliver to East Coast. Triplez, I pass u the contact and u liaise with them or do u want me to liaise with them?

Hi,

You guys may want to order from this vendor
http://www.bbqwholesale.com/

Went for a bbq 2 months ago, the food ordered from them.
I must say the food is very nice (except the otak, but can be subjective, haha)
So you may want to give it a try.

=)Yes [Y]

Yes, another version, another round of headaches. But that's progress.
