error in open vs.net

hi... i'm leon who juz join the sgdotnet... i wld like to get help on the setup of the vs.net... last year,2004, oct i had installed the vs.net and i can use it very easily... but now... i tried to use but unable to even open vs.net... there's a error which say that "MS development environment is not installed for current user, please run setup again"... i tried to reinstall , or uninstall... but i'm unable to do so... can anyone who can help me and guide mi wat to do?  thank for the help...

Are you unable to perform installation chores because
  1. You are not an Administrator, thereby lacking the permissions?
  2. You encounter more error messages trying the options, which begs the question: what are those error messages?
If #1 is the case, do you know who your administrator is, who can help you?

uninstalling
i'm the administrator... it's my personal laptop... i can choose to uninstall... bu it appear this error..

"setup is unable to determine a valid ordering for the installation. see the error log for further details."

reinstalling
i have reinstall the everything... step 1 to 3... but i still cant open the vs.net application... it shows error:

"The MS development environment is not install for the current user. Run the setup to install the application."

which version of vs.net are you using? The professional edition or the trial CDs?

I highly recommend performing this step and running a check of the errors reported against the Internet.
