Out of this 2 layout, which do layout do you prefer?

I think the current one looks the best. Yes I've communicated some ideas to Trippie through MSN. Maybe he can dump the suggestions here.

I think the menubar doesn't blend in with the design. Maybe need some shadows. [8-|]
