Completed by Sunday night -> Configuration Manager wrapper (half way)

Coming week ->
1. Complete CM wrapper
2. Plugin Manager (hopefully can finish this week)/

[UPDATES] CM skeleton is out..Just the interfaces to the CM. But the underlying classes are still being constructed..

Storing of user.config at isolated storage is completed and tested!
