Oh btw, are the TechMilk bar links hardcoded? The link would go nowhere
http://dev.sgdotnet.org/default.aspx?ForumID=39

Or is the URL parameters purposedly designed to redirect to the proper forum site URL at ShowForum.aspx?ForumID=39 ?

except for the white border around the whole page.
Try the following rules
body, form { margin: 0px; padding: 0px; }

Doesn't work. The border dun appear in IE, just firefox only.

If you click Architectural and development best practice, you will only see techmilk of that category.

Triplez:
Do you think it is better to have specific techmilk in another page, without the rest of the info and stuff?
And I suggest having those msdnconnection icon and stuff in a seperate link page. Dun like the front page to be cluttered with icons.

Your wish is my command. Smile

But I don't know about the techmilk part. I'd rather have it in the first page. Or you want the techmilk to be layered also? Stick out tongue hehehehe...

Really? Everything's nicely touching the edges now, just like my own web site's style.

I am seing the border too. It's because the body tag has leftMargin and topMargin attributes which are non-standard and only supported by IE. Replace it with this and try: -

<body style="margin:0;">

No, what i mean is: how does that TechMilk control determine which forum is a TechMilk forum in the first place? And also would there be a vanity (simplified) URL like Steven Smith's method.

btw for now I think it should be pretty safe to href the Login and Register links to
http://forums.sgdotnet.org/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/default.aspx
http://forums.sgdotnet.org/User/CreateUser.aspx?ReturnUrl=/default.aspx
respectively, so at least visitors have a viable option to register without being confused.

we kiv first..
decide what is the text u want to see beside the guy with laptop at the seaside and we make the changes together...
I want to expand that to cover the whole center column as well... now look so ugly...
But to do that... we need a longer description... else too much space... at least that's wat i think...
