Email notification

Can we also have digest edition of email notification, as well as adding the forum name to the subject or from, so that its easier to filter?

I don't know whether this will work on inactive users or not..

Email Notification:
- to send inactive user a email when they have not log into the forums or website for like 30 days?
- to send users a email when they have 0 post?
