    Password encryption for your accounts

    Locked |Contact
The existing Import tool for CSF failed to hash the passwords of accounts despite having an option control to do so. As a result, imported accounts (meaning all of you) are still plain text. And unfortunately, there is no avenue within the app itself, be it normal user or administrator, to change the password scheme once the user is in effect.

No worries, I have tested with my own account; By setting it to encryption mode via database backend and then asking the app to reset my password via Forgot Password page, it works out fine.

Those who wish to encrypt their passwords, drop me a PM or email and I will change your password mode and notify you. You can then have reset it to a new encrypted password with the Forgot Password page.

The melody of logic will always play out the truth. ~ Narumi Ayumu, Spiral
