In the Microsoft .NET world, MSDN is your BEST friend; that is if you have real world experience. If you don't have practical experience, you'll be better off reading those books which prepares you for such certification exams.

Borrow the Self Paced Training Kit books from National Library to really learn something from it.

Exam simulators that I know of costs money. I think there might be some books that come with them, if so, perhaps you can try your luck with the National Library.
