Trying to connect to Remote Database

    Is it possible to access data from database which is located at another location?

    Actually what I am trying to do is develop an exe file on client side, the exe file will insert / update the database at another location.

    Database I am using is MS SQL.

    Yes, as long as your client machine has the connection to the other server, whether the database allow such connection and your user account is authorized.
