Main Duties:
Be a specialist on reporting system application, support end users from various countries, and liaise with developers to operate the application effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand business requirements and translate them into recommended technical solutions
2. Qualify a service request by assessing the relevancy of the request to the application general objectives and company general strategic direction.
3. Conduct impact analysis to the proposed enhancement and determine the priority and effort estimation.
4. develop functional and design specification to a service request.
5. Manage the project development and implementation.
6. Provide production support to the Central Reporting System application for user inquiries or questions.
7. Identify problem and propose appropriate solutions
Requirements:
1. Degree or Advance Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
2. 1-2 years experience in System Analysis and Design, System Development and Enhancement, familiar with System Development Life Cycle
3. Preferably proficient in the following skills:
4. Experience in Banking/Financial industry is highly preferred
5. Able to work independently and handle various countries operational users.
6. A team player who is able to communicate with colleagues of all levels
