Just walk in to any bookstore, which sells IT-related books.  You will definitely find books for MCTS.

For exam, you can visit http://www.prometric.com/Microsoft/default.htm to locate exam centers in Singapore.

You can also borrow the book from National Library.

My personal favourite bookstores are Clementi Bookstore and Computer Book Centre in Funan, but Amazon may have good offers, especially when the exchange rate is good. For test centres, other than Prometric, the other is Pearson Vue at www.vue.com.

Clementi book store used to be our favourite hangout when we worked close by last time. It has a huge customer base with NUS students so books tend to be "more affordable" then other places *cough* Borders *cough*. However, as time went by I found it more difficult to obtain books of more advanced topics (hardly stuff students would read), which I eventually settled with Funan's book store as they have a wider selection of books of the "arcane" level. But for certification books, Clementi should stock up pretty well on those.

I have several titles of the MCTS books to sell. Got them from Amazon and now would wanna let go in a cheaper price. You may email me @ shaoblai@gmail.com to ask for details.
