Don't be disappointed just because you can't download Expression Web Designer from MSDN subscriber download.

We will be having equally powerful web designer in the next version of Visual Studio release codename "Orcas".

No worries though. It is just a web-designer app like FrontPage. If you have VS2005 or Office SharePoint Designer, you are already good to go.
