Here's a collection of DotNetNuke Training Videos and their recent webcasts. I've yet to look at them, but I'll be watching them over the next few days. Incidently, DotNetNuke 3.1 is released with a few bug fixes and added features.

Is there a way we can upgrade from 3.0.2 to 3.1 without reinstalling it?

You will have to upgrade the database from 3.0.2 -> 3.0.13 -> 3.1 (I think you can skip 3.0.12). That should work. Remember to backup your db first.

Whereas for the skins and containers, they should work the same.

No prob. That's what my blogs are for. :P It's to post interesting stuff that I'll read, and I'm interested in. And hopefully someone out there who's interested too might benefit.

And of course, lot of my thoughts and stuff like that.
