Developing Windows Vista Sidebar Gadgets by Maung Maung (Microsoft MVP)
Attend this session to understand how one can easily develop gadgets, light-weight personalizable applications, for Winodws Vista operating system. Learn how to save and load per-instance gadget configuration data and develop complex functionality with Sidebar Gadget object model. This session also addresses the packaging and deployment of Windows Vista Sidebar Gadgets.

Edwin Sarmiento works as a senior systems engineer/DBA for Fujitsu Asia Pte Ltd managing servers and databases for a multinational company located in 10 countries. He is passionate about technology and is working on mobility and business intelligence during his spare time. He has frequently spoken at several Microsoft events on SQL Server, .NET and Windows SBS.
