Lucky me, Now MCPD - Enterprise Application Developer

I cleared Microsoft exam 070-554 two weeks ago!  Yahoo! (or may be MSN if you like) I am now a Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) - Enterprise Application Developer.

Once again, I took the risk of taking that exam without studying much at all.  There are many reasons behind me rushing into taking exams. Job requirement, Charter Member (Early Achiever) Program deadline (31st October 2006), peer pressure and overly grown self-confidence Cool are just a few.  But this time round, I've got lessons to learn. Guess what! I am so lucky to have passed this exam on the dot.  Passing score of exactly 700 points.  One less point and I will be on my way to re-sitting my exam...

There are two sessions in this exam, one part focuses on technologies aspect of enterprise application development and another on designing and architecting.

Part one is all about implementation technologies, how to implement ASP.NET web services with WSE 3.0, .NET remoting, and COM+, etc.  Pretty straight forward stuffs, it is either you know the answer or you don't.

Part two is a little ambigious as it is about designing solution. So there are no absolute right or wrong answers.  The answers to some questions may be obvious, but some are really tricky or unclear of the requirements.

My next target is SQL Server 2005.  Again, I tell myself not to have too much faith in my luck as I know I might not be that lucky next time.
