eForce - the elite force

As most of you guys know Window SharePoint Service Version 3 (Beta 2) is out. And I spent the last few days playing with it.

Below are my experience:

• Installation - The installation steps are pretty similar to installing the previous version (WSS V2), just that you have to install Workflow Foundation Beta 2 first.
• WSS V3 is definately more light-weighted compared to his big brother - Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 07 (MOSS 07). I only can spare 512 MB ram for my VM, and it managed to run Windows 2003 Server, WSS V3, SQL 2005 and Office 07 clients.. :)
  For MOSS 07 with 1.2 GB ram allocated, it still crawls like a baby :(
• Workflow - Probably many people might be interested to try out workflow on WSS V3. From my research, it is still not ready. WSS V3 does not come with any out-of-the-box workflow template, so you need to create your own workflow. However, the current workflow starter kit can't be installed on WSS V3!!! It is meant for MOSS 07. So, let's wait for Microsoft to release the workflow starter kit for both WSS V3 and MOSS 07. If anyone managed to get workflow to work on WSS V3, please let me know how you do it. Thanks.'
• Form Service - WSS V3 also does not come with form service. What a pity :(
