My Company's Bowling Session
Well I just want to post some pictures into my blog on my bowling session which I had organized for Mesiniaga. It was not really the entire company but focusing on the Mesiniaga ISA Microsoft, Human Resources, Corp Comm, Technology and Partners Management Team. 39 out of 40 people present for this event. It was quite successful :) I booked 10 lanes for this. Each team consisted of 4 people will play in 1 lane. I knew about switch lanes, but I chose not to as I had booked the whole game for 2 hours. The game started at 8 p.m. and it needed to finish by 10.00 p.m. My VIP will be there by 10.00p.m.
The thing that I was impressed about this event as I had obtained this budget for this session to happen by myself. It was not easy as I had to justify to the management alone. Luckily, I learned a lot from community sponsorship, so I could apply some skills here. Yes. Thanks to the management for supporting my objectives "building a better team work in Mesiniaga". All these years, I had learned the needs to work in a team. I had changed a lot to be a better dynamic team player. Okay back to bowling.
I was quite bad in bowling actually, but I managed to score quite high for my 1st game. Then in the 1st game, I kept "high-5" with my team mates too much, I hardly could hold the ball properly on the 2nd game. So overall I lost :( Being an organizer, I need to lose too.. hehe. I managed to invite the Sunway Pyramid Professional Coach to present the prizes to the winners.
