Sometimes I do wonder,
a) Is recruiter equivalent to Human Resources?
or
b) Does a recruiter works under the Human Resources?
or
c) Recruiter is just for hiring and is different from Human Resources
or
d) None of the above
Hmm... then what does each of this role play in an organization?
